Committee Opportunities

The JH/HS PTO Board is looking for Committee Chairs to help connect our school and community.

These roles are a great way to get involved without serving on the board. You’ll work with the Board—you won’t be doing it alone. We have a job description for each position, and board members will be there to help throughout the year.

If you’d like to support our students and staff and meet other parents, we’d love to have you.

Corporate Sponsorship Coordinator

2 positions available — 1 Junior High & 1 High School

  • Contact local businesses to sponsor staff breakfasts & luncheons.
  • Confirm event dates, times, and staff numbers with sponsors.
  • Communicate with sponsors by phone and text.

Volunteer Coordinator

2 positions available — 1 Junior High & 1 High School

  • Contact and encourage parents to volunteer for PTO events.
  • Share SignUp Genius links.
  • Confirm volunteers for upcoming events.
  • Help us involve more families so the same people aren't volunteering every time.

High School Facebook Communication Coordinator

  • Post upcoming events and volunteer opportunities.
  • Share SignUp Genius links and PTO updates.
  • Create positive, timely Facebook posts with help from the PTO board.
  • Post the Canva graphics provided by the PTO Board.
  • Tiffany, who manages the Junior High page, is available to help.
